Personal information provided by you. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our Services. This information includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, device characteristics, and usage data (such as pages visited and time spent). We collect this information for security purposes, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse detection. We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any other client-side tracking technologies on our website. However, we do automatically collect server-side logs, including IP addresses and request metadata, for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention purposes as described in Section 1.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When you delete your account, your data is soft-deleted and retained for 3 months before being permanently erased.
Video recordings submitted through the widget are retained indefinitely to maintain an archived record for the protection of both consumers and tradespeople, including for dispute resolution and accountability purposes. These are not subject to the standard 3-month deletion process.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure password handling via Supabase Auth, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, and SMS verification for sensitive account actions.
However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
Account registration on the Tradsiee platform (the Tradesperson Dashboard) is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 for the purposes of account registration. However, the embedded lead generation widget may collect contact details (such as name and phone number) and video recordings from end-user consumers under 18 if they are utilising the widget to request home services. By using the widget, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary parental or guardian consent if you are under 18 in your jurisdiction. Users under the age of 18 must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before submitting any information, including video recordings, through the widget. If we learn that personal information from a contractor account holder under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
